We are seeking compassionate and reliable Weekend Caregivers to assist seniors in the Manchester, South Windsor and Hartford County. The ideal candidates should be dedicated, trustworthy, and passionate about providing high-quality care for the elderly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and meal preparation.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities to improve the well-being of seniors.
- Medication Reminder and assist with mobility support.
- Communicate effectively with family members and the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Valid Driver’s License and own car. Required
- Availability to work weekends, with a start time of 7am or 8am.
- 2 yrs of Previous caregiving experience required.
- Must be compassionate, patient, and able to handle the physical demands of the job.
- Ability to pass a background check

Job Requirements include:
- Ability to pass state and national background checks
- VALID driver license, registered & insured vehicle (hourly assignments)
- DEPENDABLE, ABLE to attend all assignments ON TIME daily during all weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet)
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with management via telephone, email, or in person
- All candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States.
