Summary
The Recruiting/Scheduling, or hiring/staffing of caregivers, is one of the strongest determinants of providing quality care.
The Recruiter portion of this job is responsible for placing job ads, setting up interviews, checking references and making sure the best quality caregiver is hired.
The Scheduler portion involves staffing caregivers into the home based on experience of our staff with the needs required. You would also be involved in the onboarding assessment phase of new staffs. Also this position also monitors the on-time arrivals of Caregivers and re-routing and/or re-staffing of cases, if needed. The scheduler makes notes on a daily basis for clients and employees when needed (change in hours, complaints, or praises, updating level of care, etc.).
The scheduler also provides general support for the office function, answering the phones, and being on call every third week for after hours support to our staff and emergencies.
This position will work under the direction and supervision of the Director of Operations.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements
A. Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
B. Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
C. Ability to communicate clearly and respectively, both verbally and in writing
D. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
E. Prefer minimum 2-years recruiting orscheduling experience in home care, hospitality, hospital, or similar industries with 24/7 operation.
F. Prefer non-medical in-home care and/or home health experience
G. Working knowledge of Clear Care or similar home care scheduling software

Work Hours
Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM; on-call every third week.
Work Location
Mostly in an office setting, on-call duties are set up to work from home.
Compensation
Position pays $21 to $26 per hour plus additional stipends for on-call work and bonuses based upon achieving set metric goals.
