Position Summary
The Scheduler/Recruitment Specialist is responsible for scheduling, caregiver recruitment and daily office support. This position ensures the best quality care through staffing, recruitting, onboarding, and monitoring caregiver performance.
Benefits:

- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities:
- Staff caregivers based on experience and client needs.
- Conduct onboarding and monitor caregiver performance.
- Handle re-routing, re-staffing, and updating client/employee details.
- Place job ads, set up interviews, check references.
- Provide general office support, including phone answering.
- Be on-call every third week for after-hours support.
Requirements:
- 2 years of recruiting or scheduling experience, ideally in home care, healthcare, or 24/7 operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software like Clear Care.(WellSky)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in non-medical in-home care is preferred.
