Are you a Companion, C.N.A, P.C.A or H.H.A? We are looking for you to join our team. We are Always Best Care of Western Connecticut. We help families with non- medical, in-home care and assisted living placement services. Our promise to our clients is that they will receive extraordinary care with caring people. We hire employees who are inherently courteous and polite, and treat all clients with the highest level of respect and professionalism. We are looking for employees to work in the New Milford area and the surrounding towns. Applicants should be reliable, punctual, caring and compassionate. Dementia experience is a plus. Driving is mandatory!
Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance are mandatory.
Education Requirements:
State C.N.A. certification preferred.
Equivalent training and experience.
High school diploma or a GED.
Exceptional personal skills - ability to effectively communicate in person, in writing and via the phone. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
