About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper/Non-Medical Compliance Coordinator to join our Downingtown team. This exciting dual-role position combines the best of both worlds—finance and compliance. You will be at the heart of our operations, managing our financial records and ensuring that we meet all non-medical home care regulations. What You’ll Do:
As a Bookkeeper, You Will:
- Keep our financial records in top shape with accurate invoicing, accounts payable, and receivable management.
- Enter data into QuickBooks daily and ensure everything is up-to-date and precise.
- Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and generate insightful financial reports.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and assist in annual audits to keep us financially sound.
As a Non-Medical Compliance Coordinator, You Will:
- Ensure we comply with all state and federal regulations in the non-medical home care sector.
- Manage client authorizations and maintain accurate records for private pay, Medicaid, and VA clients.
- Work closely with our scheduling and intake teams to keep everything running smoothly and up-to-date.
- Stay on top of industry regulations, train our staff, and develop policies to maintain our high standards of care and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role.
- A solid understanding of compliance standards in the non-medical home care industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience setting up QuickBooks Online being a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
