- Provide health care services in client's residence
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Transport and accompany clients to doctors office or errands
- Monitor clients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition on the Clear Care App
- Assist with clients' personal care activities
- Maintain clients care records and document provided services
- Provide companionship and basic emotional support Job Requirements : Proven working experience as Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
- Level 2 background / fingerprinting
- Current CPR
- Current TB test (within the year)
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Valid driver's license Qualifications :
- Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location : Jacksonville, Florida Location : Jacksonville, Florida Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, $600 - $800 per week COVID-19 considerations : PPE provided for all shifts.
