Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Nursing Assistants (NAs) to join our team in Kaneohe, Honolulu, Hawaii. As a CNA/NA, you will play a vital role in the healthcare field by providing essential care and support to our elderly clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, ensuring their overall well-being, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. We offer flexible hours, competitive compensation ranging from $18 to $25 per hour, and ample opportunities for career growth in a supportive work environment.

Role Description:

• Assisting clients with essential daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Collaborating with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care plans.
• Providing transportation to appointments, events, and errands as needed.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current certification as a CNA or NA in the state of Hawaii.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks.
