About Us: Always Best Care Jacksonville is a nationally accredited home health agency serving Clay, Duval, and St. Johns Counties. We specialize in providing both non-medical and skilled care, ensuring our clients can live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver personalized care services in clients’ homes
- Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene
- Manage household tasks and provide transportation to appointments
- Monitor and report clients’ health status using the WellSky App
- Maintain detailed care records
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being
What You Need:
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Experience in home health care (1 year preferred)
- Level 2 background screening
- CPR certification
- Current TB test (within the last year)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Locations: Jacksonville, FL (Clay, Duval, and St. Johns Counties)
- Types: Full-time and part-time positions available
- Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
