  • Forward all AI receptionist communication to the right personnel
  • Assist with recruiting caregiver call and prospective client calls
  • Maintain prospective client logs and reports
  • Assist with missed clock in / out report and follow ups
  • Assist Director of Client Relations with reports
  • Assist the Gimbert / Carmen (owners) with duties as needed
  • Assist HR manager as needed with on boarding processing of new Caregiver Candidates
  • If CHHA certified, provide back up support whenever possible
  • On- Call rotation
