We are a 15-year-old Senior Care company looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our clients receive dependable, compassionate care through skilled and thoughtful caregiver placements.
As our Staffing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining Personal Care Attendant (PCA) schedules that align with each client’s Plan of Care (POC). You’ll work closely with clients, families, and care staff to ensure needs are met with the right caregiver at the right time and fully compliant with program and agency standards.
This role requires excellent time management, interpersonal communication, and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
· Schedule and coordinate PCAs according to client care plans, skills, availability, and compatibility.
· Monitor scheduling dashboard to ensure all shifts are covered.
· Quickly respond to call-offs, no-shows, or performance concerns.
· Maintain positive, professional communication with clients, families, and care staff.
· Collaborate with other coordinators to meet departmental metrics and goals.
· Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours needs.
· Assist with audits, reporting, and training new team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
