We are seeking a Well-Skilled Caregiver in Palmetto, Georgia. As a caregiver with Always Best Care Senior Services - Atlanta/Buckhead, you will provide compassionate and dedicated care to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health and behavior
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients
- Running errands and performing light housekeeping tasks
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a caregiver or similar role
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic knowledge of caregiving techniques and practices
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate parties
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks

- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and our team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical role
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and tasks
- Must be available to work Monday through Thursday in Union City, Georgia
