Job Summary : Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers at our Kane'ohe Facilities. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing in-home care and support to senior clients in the Honolulu, Hawaii area. This is a full-time individual contributor role in the healthcare / medical field, working for a reputable franchise organization. We offer a competitive salary of $18 to $22 per hour, paid weekly.Compensation & Benefits :

- Provide personal care and companionship to senior clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals for clients
- Assist with medication reminders and administration
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
- Communicate regularly with clients' families and care coordinators to ensure quality care is being provided
- Report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate parties
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of services providedRequirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in caregiving or related field is preferred, but not required
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
- Must have access to reliable transportation
