Job Summary : Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is looking for compassionate and dedicated Facility Caregivers to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the healthcare / medical field within the franchise industry. As a Facility Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting senior clients with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being. - Provide personal care and daily living assistance to senior clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with medication reminders and meal preparation
- Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance
- Engage in meaningful activities and provide companionship to improve clients' quality of life
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the care manager
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of care providedRequirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a caregiver, preferably in a facility setting
- Knowledge of basic caregiving skills and techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with seniors
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
