Position Overview : As a Care Professional, you will provide vital in-home personal care services to seniors in the Nashville / Brentwood / Franklin Areas. Your role will directly impact the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they receive the support and care they deserve.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Assist seniors with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and companionship.
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and family members.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Document services provided and any changes in clients' conditions.
- Adhere to all agency policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
Location : Columbia, TN and surrounding areas
Job Type : Part-time
Pay : $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
