Duties
- Manage daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

- Ensure clients rights are upheld and advocate for their well-being.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management to maintain fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care are met.
- Conduct regular assessments of office operations and implement improvements as needed.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing senior care facilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior care administration or a related field, with a focus on operations management.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of resident rights and best practices in senior care.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
