Job Description: Caregiver

Always care Home Care is looking for a Private Caregiver to support our clients in daily living activities. The ideal candidate will be able to undertake the following responsibilities.

• SIGN-ON BONUS $300.00

Duties:

- Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Implement behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling resident information
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity and privacy are respected
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Collaborate with Management to provide comprehensive care
- Provide first aid and emergency response as needed
- Assist residents with mobility and transportation needs

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques for individuals with special needs or cognitive impairments
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude towards residents
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
