About the Role - We are seeking a Clinical Recruiter to join our team and, with the support of the Recruitment Manager, help enable business growth by recruiting and identifying new avenues to bring in qualified Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and therapists to include PT, OT, RT. The primary responsibility of this role is to find and attract qualified candidates, review resumes, and focus on matching candidates’ skills to the requirements of the positions at hand. The Recruiter will participate in hiring events, community outreach, and manage job postings.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment : Source and recruit Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and therapists to include PT, OT, RT throughout the assigned territory.
- Candidate Screening : Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, criminal background checks, assessment testing, and assist with the orientation and other onboarding processes.
- Creative Sourcing : Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for home healthcare positions.
- Compliance : Request and review recruitment documents to ensure compliance with regulatory practices. Knowledge of pre-hire medical documentation is a plus.
- Community Engagement : Build relationships with local businesses, Nursing and Therapy schools, and candidates to enhance candidate flow and promote the Always Compassionate Health brand within neighboring communities.
- Candidate Relationships : Act as a point of contact, maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with candidates during the recruitment cycle and after hire.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Recruitment Team to drive success in full-cycle recruitment and foster a team-based approach to improve processes.
- Flexibility : Provide support in other offices, during orientations, or at events that may occur outside of regular work hours.
