Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a Case Coordinator to work with our coordination team. The coordinator's primary responsibility is to work directly with our caregivers to ensure they are providing our clients with the compassionate care our clients deserve. Coordinators focus on delivery of care through scheduling and continuous communication with client's and caregivers.
Qualifications :
- Working knowledge of HHA Exchange
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
