Case Details:
Location: Suffolk County, N.Y.
Pay Rate: RN - $45/hour
LPN - $35/hour
Schedule: Per Diem/Flexible
Qualifications/Education:
- 1 year of RN/LPN experience in a home setting required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical exams and health histories before making critical decisions.
- Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
- Administer medications and other personalized interventions.
- Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
- Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
- Additional responsibilities as required.
