Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to work within our HR team.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Home Care setting
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills
- Strong customer service skills and background
- Clerical and administrative experience
- Enforcing corrective action where necessary
Requirements:
- Maintaining the upkeep of all caregiver files as well as maintaining compliance with PA 611 rules and regulations.
- Assisting the Senior HR Coordinator as needed with processing paperwork, onboarding caregivers, and documentation.
- Working with staff to identify and manage regulatory risk.
- Providing audit information to Senior HR Coordinator
- Coordinate with hiring manager on accepting and approving work authorization documents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
