ABOUT THIS VET PRACTICE MANAGER ROLE
This position is full-time, in-office, with shifts varying within our business hours:
- Monday: 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Tuesday – Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday – Variable hours
- Saturday - Sunday: Closed
In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring the office remains organized and professional. You will work closely with the veterinarian to implement the practice's vision while keeping appointments on schedule. Responsibilities include overseeing office equipment, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the seamless operation of AVIMARK (practice management software) and IDEXX (lab equipment). You will be expected to provide excellent client service, support the team, and maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
