Always Home Care is seeking for a Staff Coordinator at the Jersey City, NJ location.
- Full-time position
- Must be Bilingual in both of the English and Spanish language
- Must have good presentation and communication skills
- Position is permanent
- Salary: $23.00 per hour
A Staff Coordinator in terms of responsibilities will be entitled to:
-General duties
- Customer service
- Responding to general inquires
- Training new coordinators as needed
- Coverage for office staff absence
-Client service coordination
- Staffing new cases
- Covering existing cases (vacations/absences)
- Record keeping
- Client retention (building/continuing client relations)
- On task with Authorization Hours changes
- Payroll
- Filing the Red and Blue chart
- Facilitating communication with patient's case manager if needed
Class Dept:
- Promoting the CHHA and CPR Courses on a monthly basis
- Scheduling students for the fingerprint appointment after graduation to obtain CHHA license
- Payments collection of students for the class such as photos and processing fee
- Ongoing communication with Class supervisor regarding upcoming new student/existing student
- Preparation of the Brown chart
