## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and ensuring they are in good working condition.
## Responsibilities
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks including repairs, painting, and electrical work
- Replacing light bulbs
- Conduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Installing equipment as needed.
## Skills
- Strong hands-on skills
-Attention to details
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Experience in plumbing, piping work and maintenance work (preferred)
- Ability to weld and fabricate parts when necessary
- Knowledge of electrical systems and repairs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
