Role Description
This is a flexible position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at ALWAYS PROMOTING INDEPENDENCE, LLC. The analyst will be responsible for conducting behavior analysis assessments, providing applied behavior analysis interventions, facilitating parent education, implementing behavior management strategies, and utilizing psychology principles.
As a BCBA with us, you’ll:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create evidence-based treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.
- Implement individualized interventions to support skill development and behavior reduction.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Analyze data to track progress and optimize intervention strategies.
- Provide caregiver and staff training on behavior management techniques.

✅ Active BCBA Certification (in good standing).
🎓 Master’s degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
📈 Strong data analysis, communication, and collaboration skills.
🧠 Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
🗂️ Familiarity with Florida Medicaid APD iBudget Waiver guidelines (a plus!).
This role serves individuals and families in Pinellas County (St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo) and Hillsborough County (Tampa, Brandon, Riverview).
