We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance professional to join our team on the 1st shift (6am-2:30pm). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with quality control and assurance processes, as well as strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams in resolving quality-related problems and developing process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Lead quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
Oversee quality-related issue identification and reporting to management.
Guide cross-functional teams in resolving quality-related problems.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
2. 5 years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
3. Strong understanding of quality principles, practices, and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
