- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a QC manager

Maintain all required NPCA, ACI,
- Strong math skills
- understand "cost of quality"
- Team player
- Ensure safety trainings are attended, and certifications are maintained
- Responsible for all pre and post inspections and documentation
- Ensure the plant achieves successful annual audits, and positively address any non-conformances
- Daily testing of product (specimen testing, air content, slump, MC% of aggregates, temperature compressive strength testing) to ensure requires specifications are met as needed and report out any deviations.
- Assist and perform monthly and annual material testing and calibrations, ensuring calibration schedule and records for all equipment and materials used in quality processes.
- Maintain through knowledge of precast processes and equipment, best practices.
- Communicate issues identifies in the production floor, and offer suggestions to fix
- Communicates with all key personnel regarding product inspection status, junk, etc.
Mon- Fri, some Saturdays
4/5am til finish
