Our company is in search of a dedicated recruiter who has the passion to help those in need of a job, fine one.
Bilingual is not a must but preferred!!! $22.00-$22.50 (DOE)
Shift : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm ( Must be flexible with working hours if needed )
Job Description :
Strong recruiting skills for all skilled positions such as HVAC, Electricians, Welders, Plumbers Etc. and know how to recruit for general labor positions as well).
2 years' experience minimum.
Professionalism
It is a busy office so the individual chosen for this position must be fast-paced and know how to multi-task proficiently.
Be familiar with corresponding with multiple clients via email and phone
Looking for a team player
Must be able to do some advertising
Know how to create and post ads on social media
Have good communication skills
Must be able to handle a high volume of phone calls and accounts
Should be able to meet weekly quota, goal oriented.
Detail Oriented
Computer savvy, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft
Reliable
