This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Director at Always Underground Inc located in Frankfort,IL.The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations, developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, and leading the team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in directional boring trenching and fiber optic cable installation
- Experience is a must in Underground utility construction.
- Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making skills
- Financial Management and Budgeting skills
- Experience in managing teams and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the industry trends and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Previous experience as an Executive Director or in a similar executive leadership role
