Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team and maintain a clean and orderly environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring guest satisfaction through cleanliness and organization.
Duties
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms according to company standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities
- Vacuum carpets and dust furniture
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of debris
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Assist with guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
