Duties
- Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into the company’s database.
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while interacting with customers to foster a professional image of the company.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
