What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Clerk position at ALWS Solutions?
As a member of the Data Entry/Document Control Quality team, you will support the site by indexing and archiving documents for multiple functional departments. This role will require off site visits to our contracted document storage facility to review archived documents. You may work independently within the prescribed guidelines to meet deadlines and maximize productivity. Core responsibilities include:
- Documenting archived documents on Department spreadsheet
- Visit off site storage to review previously archived documents
- Weekly update on project completion and/or challenges
- Data entry and administrative computer work such as filing and scanning
Skills & Qualifications
- HS Diploma minimum
- Drivers License
- Proficient in Excel
- Attention to detail
- Document Control experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $24.00 per hour
