We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be proficient in data entry tasks.
Duties:
- Work Lead via Salesforce
- Respond directly to customer bid.
- Qualify customer need & service availability.
- Pull pricing & generate a proposal .
- Ensure signature of contract
- Maintaining all communication and records from customer engagement are saved for the records of client.
- Ensure the engagement and proper handoff is provided to all supporting agents as outlines in process guides.
Experience:
- Proven experience in data entry and clerical tasks
- Must be detail oriented. Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must have strong Excel skills
- Familiarity with databases and pivot tables
- Strong organizational skills to manage data effectively
- Proficiency in basic math for calculations
- Prior office experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
