Looking for HR Generalist
Responsibilities
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- standard HRD coordinator/generalist.
- Employees come in ask questions about policy.
- New hire orientation.
- Offboarding.
- Policy interpretation.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Excellent communication and people skills
- 3 hard skills: PeopleSoft, computer literate, knows how to navigate a could based system (HRIS in PeopleSoft is an example)
- Priority is generalist or coordinator experience. 2nd option is admin experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline is preferred
- 1-3 years of professional HR experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is ideal
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking
- Strong organizational/time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $32.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
