Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tasks that support research and development, quality control, and clinical analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of laboratory procedures, and the ability to work effectively in both clinical and industrial laboratory settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory tests and experiments following established protocols and procedures.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Analyze samples using various laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Assist in the development of new laboratory procedures and research methodologies.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is clean, calibrated, and functioning properly.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve laboratory processes.
- Document findings clearly and concisely for reporting purposes.
Experience
- Previous experience in a clinical or industrial laboratory setting is preferred.
- Understands basic lab equipment and methods (for example: pH, density, titration, and particle size measurement). Knowledge of other techniques is also a plus (ICP, HPLC, IC, etc),
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and laboratory procedures.
- Proficient in mathematical skills necessary for data analysis.
- Experience with various laboratory techniques relevant to research development is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data critically and present findings effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $27.00 per hour
