Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of production processes and equipment to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing waste.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various types of machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and safety standards is desirable.
