Manufacturing Worker

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality inspections on products at various stages of production.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory levels.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in manufacturing or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.28 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
