">Key Responsibilities

- Lead advisory boards to collect clinical insights from the medical community inform medical strategy. ">
- Develop and execute KOL engagement plans to enable high-quality, impactful scientific engagement and education across key stakeholders. ">
- Represent ALX Oncology at scientific conferences and meetings, engaging with KOLs, collating scientific insights, and providing meaningful updates to the leadership team. ">
- Build and manage a Medical Affairs team to support product development, market access, and evolve Medical Affairs strategy. ">
Requirements
">- ">
- An advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, MPH). ">
- Prior experience building a Medical Affairs team, and/or experience in a company that has transitioned molecules from an early- to late-stage development. ">
- A proven ability to successfully network with subject matter experts. ">
- Ability to view Medical Affairs from both a medical and business perspective and collaborate across functional teams. ">
