Lead Barista
The lead barista oversees the preparation of beverages and serves grab & go fare in a friendly, clean and upbeat atmosphere.
Main Duties:
- Welcome and connects with every guest.
- Prepares beverages to Alyeska standards.
- Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing products.
- Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty rosters and cleaning standards and works as a store team member.
- Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication with all guests.
- Follows cash handling procedures and cash register policies.
- Contributes to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.
- Oversee the opening, side and closing duties of dining areas and ensure tables are properly set.
- Train new waitstaff and ensure they follow restaurant policies.
- Maintains and order suppliers
- Conducts Inventory counts and orders supplies as needed.

- Completion of Kaladi Barista academy upon acceptance of the position
- Ability to effectively communicate and provide direction to restaurant employees.
