We’re looking for Resort Activities Attendant professionals to join our team in Girdwood, Alaska.
What You’ll Do
As a Resort Activities Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant and safe experience for our guests in our fitness center and pool areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Execute a diverse range of guest activities suitable for both summer and winter seasons with the objective of improving our overall guest experience.
- Ability to multi-task, with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Setting up pool furniture: chairs, loungers, etc.
- Greet and welcome guests to the pool area in a friendly manner.
- Advise guests and ensure rules and safety protocols are being followed.
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness of pool, hot tub, change rooms, and gym areas.
- Maintain locker rooms and ensure all amenities are stocked.
- Maintain the inventory and accessibility of equipment for guest usage.
- Ability to engage with people of all ages.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards and codes to ensure a safe environment.

What We Need
- Physical capability to lift, stand, push, pull, and bend as required to meet job demands.
- Prior experience working with the public or operating fitness equipment is advantageous, but we also consider a combination of training and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Personal discretion, respect for guest privacy, and professionalism are fundamental qualities for success in this role.
- Flexibility to accommodate a varied work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
