High profile clients in Miami Beach, FL are seeking a personal, business and house management assistant with flexibility to work full-time and overtime hours during high volume seasons. Must have experience coordinating schedules, working with stylists, household staff, and business managers with ease and grace. Someone who is unflappable and works well under pressure. Must be OK with travel throughout the year and be able to fly by the seat of their pants. Must have experience with the general organization of a busy household and a be a motivated team player. Competitive salary and benefits provided after 90 days.
Additional expectations:
Drive teen kids once in while
Flexibility to travel to Connecticut twice a month until family is fully relocated.
Must be able to work overtime
Coordinating with Stylist and hair person and get things ready for shows etc.
Must be ok to run errand and help with video shoots
General organization

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
