We are working with a client in the Hamptons, New York, looking for a seasonal chef from April through October. Ideally looking for a New York City based who would like to spend the season out in the Hamptons and separate housing will be provided. This is typically working a Thursday through Monday schedule. Doing lunch and dinners on average for four people and occasionally dinner parties up to 20 with a sous chef for those parties. They are looking for someone who specializes in Asian cuisine, healthy, cooking style, and loves presentation. The day rate is 1200 per day, ideally Chef will be easy-going, working in an unstructured environment with unexpected changes that can happen daily and not a routine.
