Austin Nanny Needed (Spanish Speaker)
Position: Nanny Location: Austin, TX (Locals Only) Salary: $100,000 range with full benefits Schedule: Rota schedule, 1-2 weeks on, live-out with occasional overnights and extensive travel
Responsibilities:
- Provide care for one child, including driving them to activities and appointments
- Assist with child development and educational activities
- Maintain a tidy environment, including laundry, dishes, and general household tasks related to the child
- Work collaboratively with other staff and the child's mother, who works from home
- Be flexible with scheduling and available for travel
- Strong swimming skills required
- Maintain a clean driving record
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish
- Extensive experience in child development
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach
- Comfortable working in a team and participating in group efforts
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism
- Fine with occasional overnight stays and extensive travel
