Overview
The Product Associate assists the Product team with several initiatives including product development, marketing campaigns, sales programs and analysis efforts. This role provides hands on experience and learning opportunities within different groups under Product Strategy.
Responsibilities
• Assist product development efforts with gathering customer feedback, conducting market research, helping to define project requirements and participating in product reviews• Support product launch efforts creating messaging, reviewing marketing efforts, and facilitating internal documentation (FAQs and fact sheets)• Review list of contacts for marketing campaigns• Complete ad-hoc requests to support client facing teams• Review product related information used by Customer and Technical Support• Support Sales Reporting Analyst with Salesforce data analysis• Assist the Intellectual Property Management Services team with monthly reviews of administrators using the Group License Management tool• Create announcements and reports to keep other departments informed of initiatives completed or upcoming• Gather insight via surveys and analysis as requested• Support the decision-making process with customer data analysis, market and competitive research, and usage trends
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Risk Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred• Prior experience in Product Management or Business Related field is desired but not required• Prior knowledge in Insurance, Risk Management or Financial Services market is desired but not required• Entry level position with a desire to follow a career path in Product Management
