Overview
The Project Coordinator-Industry Events would develop and deploy project plans for the execution of all AM Best hosted events globally, ensuring global consistency in event delivery, message, and standard of excellence.
Responsibilities
• Create project plans for all hosted AMB events globally, ensuring that deliverables are meet on time and on budget• Work with events staff to make sure all requests/needs are captured in the project plan • Work with the marketing department to build landing pages, registration pages, crafting of invites, etc. are completed as per specifications • Partner with PR to ensure that press releases and social media posts are crafted, reviewed and sent on a pre-determined set calendar • Coordinate with all global offices to ensure that all materials, giveaways, signage, etc. are available when needed • Collaborate with the research department/team to ensure that impactful research for the audience is readily available and discussed • Work with the Industry Relations Analyst team on crafting invite lists for hosted events in SalesForce• Receive and synthesize all feedback from the events in an effort to improve attendee experience, AM Best brand delivery, and impact on the market• Ensure consistency of marketing materials across events and websites globally, ensuring the most up-to-date versions are being used • Review all materials, web posts, research, invites, etc. to ensure proper messaging and consistency• Establish regular meetings across the regions to ensure all projects remain on track
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business or related field• 3 plus year’s project management and event related experience preferred• Project Management certification a plus
Skills
• Strong time management and project management skills • Ability to multi-task/work on numerous projects simultaneously • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, regions and seniority levels • Comprehensive knowledge of event planning and hosting platforms, the Microsoft Office suite of products and SalesForce • Working knowledge of SharePoint • Ability to work outside of standard hours in order to accommodate regional offices • Spanish/Portuguese speaking a plus .
