Overview
The Project Coordinator is responsible for handling administrative tasks for the Project Manager. In addition, this role will assist the Product Management Services team with the coordination and completion of business-as-usual (BAU) projects including but not limited to AMBIS annual sales budget, commentary for board report, product pricing, annual review of the internal watchlist, ad-hoc market research and sales analysis as requested by the Product team. In addition, this role will assist the Project Manager with the coordination of initiatives recommended by Product Strategy that may not be directly related to a particular AMBIS Product.
Responsibilities
- Manage deadlines and workflows for the annual production of Best's Aggregates and Averages
- Organize and manage the day-to-day aspects of a project including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas/recaps, and following up on action items for projects managed by the Project Manager or the Project Associate, ensuring project tasks are completed on time
- Prepare and distribute sales reports for products managed by Product Strategy
- Analyze revenue and market trends for each product line and share insights with Product Management Services
- Coordinate and complete board report commentary for all AMBIS US products ensuring sales results for each product are in alignment with Product Managers perspective
- Coordinate and complete annual sales budget or forecasting ensuring sales projections are in alignment with Product Managers expectations
- Coordinate and assist Product Managers with annual marketing requests for each product line. If requested, this role may offer additional assistance to the Product team with the annual review of product brochures after Marketing distributes them
- Coordinate the KPI feedback on a quarterly basis
- Coordinate and complete the quarterly product development status for business development teams
- Proofread Best's Rankings as requested by the Business Information Analysts
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business or related field. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Entry level position with desire to follow a career in Project or Product Management
- Prior experience via co-op, internship, or a similar job is desired but not required
