Responsibilities of an Entry Level Account Associate:
- Promotes and presents Verizon’s products and services to qualified customers through in-person sales presentations.
- Negotiates with customers on new contracts, renewals, upgrades, or promotional pricing.
- Maintains and grows a sales channel, forecasts customer retention, and reports data for compliance purposes.
- Provides exceptional customer service and successfully walks customers through the sales process.
- Advises customers on products and service plans that benefit the goals of the customer and Verizon.
- Attends hands-on training sessions to enhance product knowledge, stay updated on promotions, and improve negotiation skills.
- Expresses confidence when delivering sales proposals to boost sales margins in efforts to drive competition and potential to earn performance-based bonus incentives
Requirements for an Entry Level Account Associate:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 0-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for human and client interaction.
- Receptive to constructive feedback
- A strong sense of team camaraderie in the workplace.
- Ability to problem-solve and think quickly in an ever-changing industry.
Confidence in contributing new sales tactics in a collaborative environment with other Entry Level Account Associates.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
