We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician I to join our team at the Jefferson, Oregon location. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet engineering specifications with high quality and are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process, ensuring that products meet engineering specifications with high quality and are delivered on time.
- Assemble and package sub-assemblies, accessories, and finished goods following quality-controlled work instructions.
- Examine incoming components and subassemblies for functional or cosmetic defects, following established processes for isolating and managing non-conforming materials.
- Maintain standard production throughput rates and production quality control measures for each work station.
Requirements:
- Ability to read engineering prints, follow work instructions, and implement a Quality Control plan.
- Capable of reading and understanding English.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and ability to do fine assembly.
- Brief experience with computer systems.
