Deliver memorable test drives.

Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective clients.

Track clients and manage follow-up on a state-of-the-art CRM system.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Ford products, features, and accessories.

Attend product and training courses.
-
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store showroom and vehicle lot.

Ensure clients understand the vehicle's main features and warranty.

Master all vehicle product knowledge prior to delivery for the client.

Personalize the vehicle delivery to the client's needs.
-
Deliver an exceptional Ford experience.

Oversee the client’s first real interaction with their new Ford.

Utilize all resources and applications to assist in product information support.

Provide a smooth transition to the appropriate Specialist for future information or concerns.

Maintain a collection of product information and resources to assist in explanations.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with delivery and to build a long-term relationship.

Previous professional sales experience

Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”)

Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, and strong presentation skills

Mastery of technology, especially automotive and personal electronics

Strong organization and follow-up skills

Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, BMV screen, and drug screen. Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
