Breakfast Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain high standards of service. Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets fine dining standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and efficiently.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines to ensure guest health and safety.
• Assist with training new staff members as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices is an asset.
