Duties
- Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and clients.
- Supervise front desk staff, providing training and support to enhance performance and service quality.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Utilize Inn-Flow for financial transactions and manage billing inquiries effectively.
- Coordinate calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events.
- Operate phone systems efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and well-maintained at all times.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Hilton’s PEP PMS
- Proven experience in customer service or office management roles.
- Proficiency in Inn-Flow and other relevant software applications.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Computer literacy with the ability to navigate various software programs efficiently.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong phone etiquette and experience with phone systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
